The Ponce Yacht Club is a private club that has one of the largest marinas on the South Coast of Puerto Rico, located on the East side of the Port of Ponce and South of the Paseo La Guancha; it is in a protected bay with depths of up to twenty-five feet (25′) and great anchoring capacity.
Currently, the marina has 174 docks and three T-Docks, there are 82 land spaces for boats on trailers; we offer fuel service and boatyard services for vessels. We have independent contractors who offer different services, such as mechanics, painting, among others.

We have a fuel dock with pumps for both diesel and “Premium” non-ethanol gasoline, located on the east side of the Port of Ponce and south of the La Guancha Boardwalk.

The fuel service hours from Monday to Friday are from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, the schedule

Our marina is the largest on the South Coast of Puerto Rico, located on the east side of the Port of Ponce and south of the La Guancha Boardwalk. It is situated in a protected bay with depths of up to twenty-five feet (25′) and great anchoring capacity.

The marina has 168 spaces across seven docks with capacity for vessels up to 75 feet long, fully equipped with water and electrical connections of up to 50 amps. The front T-docks can accommodate vessels up to 200 feet with water connection and 100 amp electrical service.

The Club’s boatyard is complemented by several systems for lifting and launching vessels, such as this modern 70t Travel Lift, which does not require the removal of sailboat stays for its use.

Boatyard

30,000 ft² area for working on vessels

Boatyard: the boatyard area covers 30,000 ft² for working on vessels. Our independent contractors registered with the Club offer their specialized services to members and visitors. They provide services such as painting, fiberglass, polishing, maintenance, mechanics, welding, cleaning, among others.

FACILITIES FOR MEMBERS

The Club has various event halls available for rent. Suitable for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, conventions, seminars, among others.

Other facilities that are a great attraction of our Club include: Adult Pool and Children’s Pool, Restaurant, Golf Course, Walking Track, Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball Courts. We also have a Beach area, beachside kiosks, and Wifi.

Our Club is located next to Isla de Gatas, near the La Guancha recreational and cultural area, and beside the Port of Ponce.

About Us

The Ponce Yacht & Fishing Club was created as an initiative by a group of ponceños who wished to develop a gathering place for the sports of sailing and fishing, eventually becoming one of the best and most important yacht clubs in the Caribbean.
